Documentation
On allotment, a sale deed of the land will be executed between the land owner and the purchaser. Simultaneously two agreements will be executed, one for the sale of an individual plot together with respective shares of undivided right in common area and the second one for land development and construction of villa. Registration charges and other incidental expenses for registration of land to be paid by the buyer at the time of registration.
